Below you can see a standard description of our recruitment process. Please be aware that this can be modified according to individual client requirements in order to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

The recruitment starts when the client places an order for a given vacancy. After receiving a detailed job description and candidate profile we start the search using our extensive and up-to-date internal data base. Should none of our internal candidates be currently available we then have various alternative methods to penetrate the market such as local and national newspapers and various specialized internet portals. We also have agreements with other recruitment agencies.

Our selection process is based on proven recruitment methods and our knowledge and expertise gained over our many years of experience.

Our client (our employer) will then receive within a specified time a list of available and suitable candidates, who have been through the initial selection. This includes document analysis, checking of references, validity & authenticity of welding certificates in given authorised bodies (DNV, Lloyd, TUV, PRS, UDT, IS or others) and a personal interview.

Additionally, on client demand, we can perform e.g. welding tests in the case of welders or ISO (3D) drawing test in the case of pipe fitters.
